Current Openings

1. Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)

Role: Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes and community helping with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum of High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience:
    • Prior experience in caregiving, social work, or personal assistance is preferred but not required.
    • Passion for working with individuals with disabilities or special needs.
  • Certification:
    • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Skills and Attributes:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to adapt to different environments and client needs.
    • Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude.
  • Screening Compliance: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Comfortable assisting clients with mobility tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
    • Ability to stand, walk, or perform moderate physical activity during shifts.

2. On Call Direct Support Professionals

Role: Step in to provide compassionate and flexible care for individuals with disabilities or special needs on an as-needed basis. Assist with daily activities, promote independence, and ensure client safety during staff shortages.

3. House Manager

Role: Oversee daily operations of group homes, ensuring staff provide quality care, maintain compliance with policies, and support clients’ needs effectively.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare, social services, or residential setting.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage staff schedules and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

4. Programs Director

Role: Lead program development and implementation to ensure clients receive innovative, effective, and person-centered services. Collaborate with staff, families, and stakeholders to improve care quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience in program development, management, and leadership.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and decision-making skills.

5. Coordinators

Role: Assist in managing daily client services, coordinate staff assignments, and ensure smooth communication between teams and families.

Requirements:

  • Experience in care coordination, case management, or support services.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and families.
